The SXTC Series AC Hipot Power Frequency Withstand Test Set is a new generation of high-voltage testing equipment. Designed with a single-frame core structure, the product features coaxially wound primary and high-voltage windings on the core, which significantly reduces magnetic leakage and enhances winding coupling. Compact, versatile, and user-friendly, it is highly portable and suitable for on-site insulation performance testing of various high-voltage electrical equipment in power systems and by electricity consumers. This test set is an essential instrument for electrical equipment inspection and preventive maintenance.
In addition to conducting AC power frequency withstand voltage tests, the high-voltage test transformer can also be configured into a DC high-voltage testing device. By integrating capacitors, silicon rectifiers, and a high-voltage DC microammeter of equivalent voltage rating and capacity, the system enables accurate measurement of high-voltage DC leakage current.
